This gluten-free chutney is inspired by the famed aam chunda that is relished all across Gujarat. Our version uses watermelon pulp & skin (why waste all the delicious bits?) and a dash of kokum adding a hint of tart to this sweet and spicy relish.
Enjoy the tropical flavours of kokum and watermelon with theplas, parathas, pooris and even mathris.
Also a accompaniment to cheeses and charcuterie boards.
