Our first chutney that started it all! Our Prawn + Chilli chtuney is inspired by our founder - Chef Velton's Grandmother and his childhood in Mangalore.
A delicately spiced chutney made using locally sourced fresh Kardi prawns from the Koli fisherfolk of Mumbai, byadgi chillies, spices, jaggery and tamarind sourced from small farmers in Mangalore.
Enjoy this chutney with your daily meals when you crave seafood, smear on toast, also use it as a base marinade for seafood preparations.
